The Pulse Cage: a high-tracking, high-speed missile that sticks to a target and generates a pulse bubble that blocks all ranged attacks coming in or out.

The Pulse Cage is double-sided: your guns can't hurt them, but neither can they hurt you. An engineering quirk also caused the unexpected side effect of removing any projectiles within the sphere. That's right: inside the bubble, only melee attacks connect. This "weapon" is believed to be constructed by an RaD engineer (i.e. a bored mod maker who wanted to make the vanilla Eule viable) who thought it would be really funny to troll people without killing them outright. Surprisingly popular with Arquebus, since they prefer to capture and re-educate enemies whenever possible.
Reduced magazine size from 3 to 1, since you can't use more than one on a single target and being able to shut down three targets simultaneously is kinda unbalanced. The pulse barrier uptime is 6 seconds - the exact time it takes to reload.
