Hi, I'm trying to work this reshade but it doesn't :( when i copy the folders i haven't nothing in reshade menu. Can you help me ? i followed all your instructions.
Hey, so it'll be a bit hard for me to troubleshoot as I don't have the game installed anymore and don't have room for it. But i'll try to help. What version of the ReShade framework are you using? I'm guessing the issue is that the .dll I have in my file section is from when the ReShade framework had a different install process.
1. So first advice would be to delete all the files from my installation (just the reshade files, not your game files).
2. Then, install ReShade 4.1.1 from this link: https://www.mediafire.com/folder/8ar1jhh1809cl/ReShade_Repository#7lxhmiy4o4r3a
3. Then install my files from the file section here on Nexus and delete the reshade dxgi.dll file that got installed from the reshade .exe. So you'll just have my d3d11.dll reshade framework file in your game directory.
Please let me know if this works for you so I can update my install instructions for others.
Btw guys, If you find the lenz flare annoying you can click on bloom and lens flare, Scroll down till you see bLenzEnable, Disable it because I find it annoying.

Hey TheUnkonwM, yes a update is coming and I am aware Thicc Boi made need his own update. I just unlocked him, but haven;t hot to play with him yet. Trust me, updates to come.
Edit: saw your screenshot and gotta say, JUST ABOUT WHITE!?!, just kidding. Fort Tarsis will never be perfect and never be my intended look for the presets... although I guess I could make a separate Fort Tarsis preset, but it is low priority. Updated screens to come for Thicc Boi Colossus once I have time to fiddle more.
I think the lensflare caused the circle lenz to shine when you fly and i think it's that option? Idk, The server's crashed and I couldn't double check. :P
Thicc boiz nevar die! The Colossus is an amazing javelin and he's fun to play, His explosion combos are so good with firewall mortor.

When trying to install you said select "present" when you bring up the drop down menu but i don't see it. Also "SHIFT F2" doesn't bring it up, pressing "Home" does and it appears on the on the left of the screen. Am i missing something?
Sorry the shift+f2 was the command to open the menu for years until like a couple months ago, old habit. Yes home is correct.
What I mean is select the preset file from the drop down menu. If no preset files are appearing when you open the drop down menu, you may need to set the file paths manually. You can do this by opening the Reshade.ini file and changing them to match your game's install directory. Dont forget to save your changes of course.

Hello! I think the mod is very beautiful but I’m having problems using it...
It’s definitely working in game (including DOF) but the colours are off and the shadows are super defined when blending into light. I’ve noticed that when I put the game into windowed mode, the issues are fixed...but when I’m in full screen everything screws up. Are you using HDR in your game? I feel like HDR is causing issues but I just don’t know what it could be.
Thanks! I'm surprised it's hitting your system that hard, as you have much better specs than me. That said, what's your average FPS with and without it? In any case, you can try decreasing the DOF quality in the Quint DOF settings. No way to really decrease the bloom quality, but you can toggle off the horizontal lens flares (Under the Bloom effects, disable the "bAnamFlareEnable" and the circular lens flares "bLenzEnable". Disabling may not make much FPS difference, in which case I would unfortunately recommend turning off bloom altogether if the FPS is too low. Or you could disable DoF altogether and keep bloom. You can try running the ReShade in performance mode, but I doubt it will make much if any difference for FPS as it's more meant to help initial game startup times.
Oh and you can use the LumaSharpen I set up instead of Adaptive Sharpen as I think LumaSharpen is a little less performance intensive, though neither is going to make a drastic difference in terms of performance.

ps: In my own testing I only have a 6 to 8 fps hit with my full reshade on (all effects active). Game on Ultra settings with Ambient Occlusion on Full HBAO and Lighting on High instead of Ultra. I get 45 with my ReShade off to 39 fps with it on in most cases.
I tested it with standard settings from you and it worked good. fps ~60. Maybe it was just a bug.

Cool, I'll check out the vid. And yea, the lens flare is, in this version, still a bit too sensitive. I think I've found a better balance... update coming this weekend.
For menus, it's sorry it's best to disable the Depth of field when in there. No way to decrease it in the menus without it impacting how it works during regular gameplay so much that it may as well be off altogether, at least in IMO. I may try to implement a far away static DoF later on, but for the short term, the best solution would certainly be to just disable it for menus for the little bit we're in there. You can change the hotkey to key you use to open the menu, if you'd like, for extra convenience. You can rebine the hotkeys by right-clicking on the effect you want to change the hotkey for in the top part half of the menu.
