Update: Lethani has uploaded a mod that doesn't merely retexture the standard roofs, but adds numerous different colour variations to more buildings than just the Engineers, Investors, Bank and Palace. I personally vastly prefer his mod to mine, so I consider this mod obsolete. However, I'm still leaving this mod up for posterity, and the people who might want it.
Retextures the Engineer & Investor Residences to have dark blue roofs. "Cleans up" the blue roof of the Palace, and adds variations of the Bank with Blue, White and a Gilded roof.
Extract the zip file in the mod folder.
