New Jack of all Traits. Adding most of the traits and expedition bonus stats doubled the previous Jack.

This mod is to make "Lord High Admiral Nadasky, The Astute" as the new Jack of all Traits. He is a Legendary item equipped in Ships, and now he has most of the traits, and all of his expedition bonus stats (Hunting, Force, Navigation, etc) are at 200 (that's 100% more than the former Jack of all Traits!). This is best combined with Cheat Gains - Traders, or other similar mods. If you use Cheat Gains - Traders, you can buy Admiral Nadasky from Sir Archibald Blake.

I have tested this on my existing save file and also new save, and so far there's no problem and it works as it intended.
