About this mod
Decreases the time it takes for Relationship Actions (Flatter, Insult, and Gift) to return to their maximum values for Competitors and Pirates.

The default timer of a relationship action is 30 minutes; this mod removes the timers and allows you to action again immediately.

NOTE: For existing games, this mod cannot reset the existing active timers. This means that if you've already used an Action (Flatter, Insult, or Gift) on an AI; you will have to wait for the full original 30 minutes (default) to run out before the mod can take effect.
