Description

Fertilizer Plant for Old World and Enbesa with the ability to build earlier.

The construction materials have been altered on all version to remove the 5 Steam Motors requirement and replace that with 20 Timber and 20 Bricks (or 20 Wanza Timber and 20 Mud Bricks for Enbesa).   You will still need the 20 Steel Beams.

I never liked that you could unlock fertilizer silos on your farms at 1 Obrero, which could be done after getting 1 Artisan, but you had to wait until 500 Engineers to be able to build a Steam Motor plant and provide it with electric just to be able to build the fertilizer plant that was unlocked much earlier.   I also didn't like how you would then get fertilizer and tractors at the same point.  So with this change to building materials you can build a fertilizer plant after 1 Obrero.   This should alleviate the need to build a ridiculous amount of farms only to wipe out 75% of them once you reach engineers.  The progression should feel more reasonable this way.

Please note:  The people walking/working on the fertilizer plant still appear to be New World residents, and the roof still looks like the New World version.  I will change that at a later date in an update.

Updates:
Version 1.01:  fix of menu icon showing up too soon and modification of 10 Trade Union specialists that work on Hacienda Fertilizer Works to
work with the OW/Enbesa versions of the Fertilizer Plants.  You may need to remove and readd the specialists in the trade unions to get them to work properly.
