About this mod
Allows for the Major Discovery to Move Oil Spring in Old World, and New World or to Move Gas Deposit in the Arctic to allow for sustainable growth in the region mid to late game in a non-intrusive manner.

The intention here was not to give you a flat advantage but rather to make the progression feel more rewarding as you progress and your energy needs grow. This mod aims to resolve the inequality between Oil Springs and Gas Deposits that occurs due to the Research Institute only allowing for the relocation of Oil Springs and not Gas Deposits.
The values are based on using existing game mechanics such as completing the quest line to unlock the Research Institute, increase your total Research Points through Scholars and researching the required Major Discoveries. If you feel this to be too constriction; then you can simply adjust the values in the file yourself to remove those.
