I created the mod for my own needs.
But I have left the GIMP projects in the mod in case someone wants to adapt the mod to their needs.
Simply edit the following files with GIMP and export them to the dds file format using the same name:

bgr_minimap_3.xcf
bgr_minimap_4.xcf
bgr_minimap_large_0.xcf

The original textures are included as PNG.
