Retextures railway tiles to use gravel ballast, instead of the default dirt.

Description
A small mod that retextures railway tiles to use the more typical gravel ballast, which blends in more naturally with built up residential areas and industrial zones, in comparison to the brown dirt colors of the default.

I've also added an optional alternative road-crossing texture-set, designed to help the crossings look more naturally integrated with each other, rather than just have the rail track and sleepers go straight over the road. Hopefully the alternative crossings are still visually distinct enough to clearly identify even at lower resolutions or graphics settings, if not, the default basic road-crossing set will continue being available.

Information
Due to the way the railway textures are baked into buildings separately, there may be small sections of dirt when railways enter buildings (like the Oil Power Plant). I've only retextured the base railway tiles, and bridges (since the switch back to dirt was very noticeable for them).

Let me know if there are any buildings where the change back to dirt is extremely noticeable, like with the new train-station DLC stuff, and hopefully I'll have a look at tracking down those buildings and swapping in the gravel versions to fix them up.
