Trade Ships Built or Spawned With a White Flag

Here is a solution to NPCs harrassing your trade ships in the early game where vendors don't yet sell white flags. With this mod, all trade ships (schooners, clippers, cargo ships and The Great Easterns) are initialized (built or spawned) with a white flag (the epic quality one) in their cargo slot (you then just have to equip it).
What is a white flag?
A white flag is an item that when equipped in a ship prevents it from being attacked (it can’t attack either). White flags are not sold by neutral vendors in early game.
Why not just have ships spawn with it already equipped then?
For whatever reason I can’t get it to work. Besides you don’t want NPC ships non-attackable.
Due to the way modding works in this game, this mod also applies to ships belonging to NPCs, hence having unknown implication.
Tested to work with Update 14. Requires Mod Manager.
