Beauty builders know this. You want to rebuilt parts of your city and you have to pick and place, pick and place, pick and place all those houses around, one after another. This can get quite tedious.
With this mod, you can build houses for all tiers directly from the construction menu, without having to go through the whole upgrade path. You still need to meet the unlock conditions first, before being able to built them. E.g. you can't build engineer houses before unlocking them.
In addition, you can also copy houses with the pipette tool.
New version also includes skyscrapers for engineers and investors.
