Replaces the animated icons used for cursors with the generic cursor. This seems to alleviate issues with Nvidia drivers after October 2020

Been playing Anno for years and when a friend and I came back this time around we noticed that Anno had some SHIT performance after a while, but only when hovering over something or interacting with something.
After some more testing we seem to figure that it's related to the animated cursors that gets used. So i.e.
Normal cursor, good FPS
Hovering over a building, big FPS drop because the default cursor is replaced with one that pulses
Pressing "D" to get the static delete pickaxe, all good
Hover over something destructible with said pickaxe so it starts animating big FPS drop
Found lots of threads where Ubisoft blames Nvidia and Microsoft, but it seems to be fixable by just not animating the cursors... They could do this, update their cursors to a format that doesn't cause lag, but no...
Apparently it's possible to mod the cursors, so here we are. All animated cursors except the "waypoint" cursor (shows when holding Alt) has been replaced with the default pointer. Anectodally, this seems to work wonders for me and my friend. Hopefully it does for you too!
