①【Public Toilet】：collect residents poo 
②【Fertilizer Fermentation Factory】:produce fertilizer by poo

Step3：
【Public Toilet】 is a 【radius】 type building，the more residents in its radius  scope，the quicker it collect poo，just like post office.
① Public Toilet  radius is 12，and can not be built repeatedly within the same scope
②【2mins】 collect 1 poo  from beginning and productivity  increased  from 100% to 3000% based on the population in its  radius
③  Add 3 different skins for the toilet  to adapt to different city styles，【shift+v】 to change its the variations

【Fertilizer Fermentation Factory】 consume 1 poo every 30s to produce 1 fertilizer
