      No, but i think you can use trainer or cheat engine.

      Bro i thought that this was a save file and by the way do you know how to make a save file because you made the only mod in the ancestor the humankind odyssey

      Save file store in "Saved" or "SaveGames" in "C:\Users\%UserName%\AppData\Local\Ancestors\"
      You can zip that "Saved" or "SaveGames" folder and upload here.
      If you want save file, you should google it.
