Modifies Cargo and to provide double haul rewards as of game version 1.3.x

I like this game but not enough to spend the time required to build a trucking empire that I desire. I doubled the returns from jobs to make my life easier.
Is this a cheat? Yes, but not nearly as game breaking as the other cheat option I could find.
I'm uploading this as is.
Please feel free to do with the files whatever you desire as long as you don't charge for them.
Manually drop .zip into mod folder
Run ATS
Activate Mod
Profit
Updated 1/29/2021: I'm not sure when but ATS switch from .sii files to .sui files to be in line with ETS. The update today modifies those new sui files since the mod was no longer working.
