Rampage is now fixed in the official version of the game, this mod is updated to now just buff the ability, making it trigger every 9 kills.

Demolisher's Rampage perk will trigger its intended effects on the player's guns (+40% fire rate, +40% reload speed, -40% stability) after scoring just 9 kills, instead of 25 kills.
