Yes. It works online! You must use one .pak at a time.
Simply place the .pak in \steamapps\common\Aliens Fireteam Elite\Endeavor\Content\Paks\~mods (if ~mods is not there make a folder with the same name)
Remember you must go one at a time. The only exception is "CheatClass.pak", that can be with the other paks. Once you unlock Cheat Class you can remove it.
