The module gives the exact same bonuses and has the same stats as the Crow's Nest but is bottom-only instead of top-only. You can add it to your ship by clicking the Flip Vertically button next to Crow's Nest.
May be incompatible with other mods that modify the vanilla Crow's Nest; let me know if this happens and I can make a version that's compatible (but won't have the Flip Vertically button and will list the module separately instead).
