That doesn't seem right... Whatever the reason for this may be, the Snatcher's not having any of it! He orders Hat Kid to ruin the party!
KNOWN BUGS: -Buttons on second floor don't work sometimes -Locked door on second floor doesn't open correctly sometimes
NOTE: This mod may set your save file's progress to 89% as long as it is installed. I am not yet sure why.
