[This Mod was made for the AHIT Discord modding jam of March 2019 on the theme of 'Retro' !]



Go back to your retro routes with this short time rift level designed as close as possible to Super Mario Bros 1-1. 



Fight enemies, collect pons and make it to the castle to collect the time piece whilst experiencing nostalgia in a new way as you run jump and platform your way through gaming's most iconic level remade entirely with A Hat in Time assets.


Every secret you can originally find in 1-1 has been included into this level but with an AHIT twist as well as 3 roulette tokens to collect.

Hats aren't needed to get through the level to collect the time piece but you will need two recommended hats to find secrets and collect items from the boxes...

[Please bare in mind this level is not in 2D as its a remake/tribute (in a way) of the original level made into the AHIT engine. The camera is free roaming (to an extent) and Hat Kid can run in a 3D space. I didn't import or make assets from the original game and everything used in the level was all found within the editor and is in the game + DLC files so because of this some colours, objects and aesthetics may be off from the original level.



I also don't know if co-op play works since i didn't test it but there isn't proper co-op in the original Super Mario bros anyway so why would you even need to try it? :> ]
