Special thanks to Moonjumper, since this hat's ability is based on the Raccoon Hat's code, scripted by him along Khanromi, MelonSpeedruns and ~Zarkith
Also thanks to Don for another lesson about making hats compatible with dyes.
I know this hat's ability doesn't involve actual flying as in the NiD games but it's the best I can do with my knowledge. Hopefully it's enough to take screenshots and move freely around the air. If it's possible I'll look for a way to make Hat kid turn while flying.
Installation instructions
Either:
Download with Vortex.

Extract the archive to HatinTime\HatInTimeGame\Mods.
