About this mod
Changes the max heroes you can get on a world to 11 and the max level to 25.

Designed for and best used in empire mode where you can make your own heroes.
Works in all game modes, also applies to AI.
Be aware that there is a very limited amount of premade heroes so they will likely run out with more than one player of a single race.
A new one will spawn every 3 turns and cost 100, 100, 150, 150, and then 200 energy after 5th.
Their initial level will also be lower outside of empire mode.
Install:
Extract to Documents/Paradox Interactive/Age of Wonders Planetfall/Mods and enable in the launcher.
If you dont want to use the launcher simply extract to the Content folder in the game directory.
