About this mod
This mod modify the "Global assault" ultimate warlord spell.
- It grant fighting skill for all your unit,
- It grant warlord leadership skill for some of your units,
- It switch your empire to a war economy system.

Spell details :
- Grant +2 melee and ranged damage to all your units
- Give all your units "Volonter" (less upkeep), "Quick learner" (Gain xp faster), "Victory rush" (Heal after fight), "Athletic" (Faster speed on tactical map)
- Give warlord leader skill for T2, T3 units, and for all your heroes.
- Reduce production cost for all units, all mititary building, and all warlord class specific building.
