Adds Greek healer hero for all gods and atlantean oracle heal.

Since new Chinese expansion that has many healing options I made mod that add healing to greeks and atlanteans.
Greek
- New Hippocrates hero available to all gods, available in the classical age
He can be trained from temple or town center
Heals multiple units and has ranged attack.
- All greek heroes have small passive regeneration
- Heracles has stun ability (for fun)
Atlantean
- Hero Oracles have small passive regeneration aura in their line of sight
They have also ranged attack
