About this mod
I was searching for this kind of mod for DE but nobody made it, i honestly thought 25 cards are really low (especially for sandbox play), so i made it. Only for version V100.12.23511.0; updated for version 100.12.38254.0 for African civs.

Hi, i made modification for max cards per deck. Limit is now 35, which is honestly more than enough. I also reduced by a bit pop count for some mercenaries, and settlers cost zero pop.
ATTENTION!! Zero settlers Pop gonna break Ottoman and Russians AI i think for making settlers, for me it is not a problem, i just would not select them as opponent or ally. So i will upload 2 data.bar files one without settlers zero pop count. And it does not count toward other worker types.
This is for single player. Do not try to play online with edited files!!!!
Rest of it is fine i checked decks for all civilizations and it displays max 35 cards in deck. Also i checked and settlers (just settlers not other workers) indeed they do not require houses.
Feel free to mod it as you like. Just don't use it as your own mod, but drop my name as original modder for AoE 3 DE.
