This skin was from CLOUD9's PHANTOM is modeled after the F-4F, not the F-4EJ Kai. A tribute added in Ace Combat Joint Assault, its blank version,s o you can add any emblem to it, this from the PSP texture, soon there will be a Project Wingman version.
