This is a camouflage livery for the F-14A Tomcat based off of BuNo 159855, as used in the NSAWC's aggressor role between 1996 and 1998.
The Naval Strike and Air Warfare Center was the immediate successor of the Navy Fighter Weapons School (better known as TOPGUN), aimed at training USN pilots in advanced air combat tactics and more. They're known for utilizing aggressor aircraft imitating foreign (mostly Soviet/Russian) jets as part of their training. One such aggressor bird used was "TOPGUN 30" / "NSAWC 10", an F-14A painted in a blue splintered scheme designed to mimic that used by some Sukhoi Su-27s.
NSAWC 10 uses a three-tone splinter scheme in FS35109, 36320, and 35450, with "NSAWC" and a characteristic lightning bolt decoration on the vertical stabilizers. This skin comes in two variations - an earlier one circa '96-'97, and a later one circa '97-98.
The earlier variation has the canopy frame in dark blue FS35109, no walkway panels, as well as the original high-vis NSAWC/TOPGUN emblem on the right tailplane.
The later variation has the canopy frame in non-matching gray FS35237, alongside replacement wing fairing panels and the front-most gray splinter on the nose in the same color. Walkway panels were added as well. The NSAWC/TOPGUN emblem also uses a lower-visibility palette.
While some decal guides have an emblem on the left tailplane too as well as a tail modex, I omitted them mainly because none of the real-life reference pics I've found have them.

As with my previous skins, textures use BC7 compression with mipmaps disabled to improve in-game quality. Let me know what you think and if you encounter any bugs.

Place the files you want to use in the AC7 game directory as follows:
ACE COMBAT 7\Game\Content\Paks\~mods\[PLACE HERE!]
If no ~mods folder is present then you can create one there.
