A MiG-29A Livery inspired by Lieutenant Columbo's Peugeot 403. Replaces slots 1-6

If you've seen my name around before (And take a glance at my current PFP) Columbo has...sort of been my gateway to this deep rabbit hole that is AC7 modding (Technically i made one for PW's MG-21 first, but my earliest Ace Combat x Columbo content dates back to this Reddit post )
By the time i got AC7 during a winter sale, I had thoughts on making a similar mod for the MiG-29....and so I did. Looking back, I realized that the skin didn’t look disheveled enough-----The one thing that makes Columbo, Columbo. And with that goal in mind (And experimenting with the Fulcrum's MREC) I set out to Authenticate the livery more, with a bit more visual flair to boot.
