Changelogs
Version 1.1
Fixed grille color behind canopy. Corrected alignment of plane silhouette decals on Trigger marking skins.
Version 1.01
Changed LRSSG logo near intakes on the Strider skin as I really didn't like how my first concept turned out.
For the perennial favorite F-15C Eagle, this livery depicts the aircraft in its earliest form. The very first F-15s in service with the USAF back in the 1970s were painted in Air Superiority Blue, which this attempts to replicate faithfully. This comes in FS35450 all around, except for the bottom which is painted in a glossier FS15450 (also reflected in the MREC files). Since it's really just blue, I wanted to do something else to make this stand out more, so I ended up nearly completely re-doing the maintenance decals in high-vis style, including adding a lot (A LOT) of warnings, cautions, high-vis no steps, etc. that were not present in the vanilla bird.
I also wanted to go the extra mile for Trigger's markings. The Mage/Spare version was an attempt to directly and accurately translate early F-15A markings into a Strangereal style, so it's more austere (based directly off of a 555th TFTS TF-15A stationed at Luke AFB). I did remake the Mage Squadron emblem in a fashion that more closely matched Sorcerer's and Wizard's from Ace Combat Zero. The Strider version, though, has a lot more cool decals and stuff. Check the nose art too... ;)
As with my previous skins, textures use BC7 compression with mipmaps disabled to improve in-game quality. Let me know what you think and if you encounter any bugs.
