Woundwort model is from New Gundam Breaker and includes a Mobile Armor transformation at supersonic speed.
This mod is inherently incompatible with other PWDT, PPDT and addon mods. To make it compatible with other addons, download Sincerity's compatibility mod.
Installation:

Extract the .pak file into there and you're good to go.
