F-14A & F-14B -Ferris Minipack Pt 1-
_____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Two lesser-known variants of the Keith Ferris disruptive camouflage for the F-14A & F-14B Tomcat - one for each plane. Each variant comes in blank versions as well as unique Trigger OMDF markings for Mage, Spare, and Strider squadrons.

F-14A -Ferris '82-
This is what appears to be a one-off pattern used by VF-101 "Grim Reapers" on one particular bird, "Gunfighter 102 / AD-102" - BuNo 161135. It stands out in comparison to other Ferris variants in that it uses a completely different splinter pattern with four tones instead of three. Note that I used a decal sheet to reference the top camo pattern since I can't find any sort of reference pic from the top POV. I'm pretty sure it's inaccurate since the way the camo blends on the leading edge does not match IRL reference, like, at all, but whatever.

Available for both the F-14A and F-14A -Top Gun: Maverick- variants.

F-14B -Heater-Ferris-

This variation was actually the brainchild of pilot CDR C.J. "Heater" Heatley. It utilizes a completely different pattern from Ferris camouflage with a large diagonal arrangement and a four-tone blue-to-brown color scheme, but it does function to blend the aircraft into the terrain/scenery at an angle. If you've played War Thunder and seen the F-4S, that uses the Heater-Ferris scheme in-game too.

Heater-Ferris was trialed on VF-1 "Wolfpack" F-14's, most notably Heater's own bird, Wichita 111 / NE-111 - BuNo 158979. (this exact aircraft was also painted in the original Ferris scheme under an earlier designation, Wichita 100 / NK-100)

As with my previous skins, textures use BC7 compression with mipmaps disabled to improve in-game quality. Let me know what you think and if you encounter any bugs.
