Create folder "~mods in "\ACE COMBAT 7\Game\Content\Paks" if that folder doesn't exist
Copy "~Skyhawk_Base_P.pak" and "~~Skyhawk_Addon_P.pak" or "~~Skyhawk_Replace_P.pak" from unpacked archive to "\ACE COMBAT 7\Game\Content\Paks\~mods"
