This is an original camo scheme for Su-30M2 for those who prefer Office Ladies over Tomboys inspired by Project Wingman and it's camo types (specifically the Pacific Federation Sk.37 camo), with custom markings of K-9A Driver from Frontline 59 addon. The aircraft Su-30M2 (or Sk.30 based on PW designations) is currently not in Project Wingman, unfortunately (but is accessible via mods).
This pack includes:
Driver variant for slots 1-6
Trigger variant for slots 4-6
Installation: put the corresponding skin file to "~ACE COMBAT 7\\Game\Content\Paks\~mods" folder.
