Are there plans to release a blank version of the SU-27B mod be sweet so that players can make a in game universe one for like Ustio or Belka or something along those lines without all the other markings on it if possible. Also are there plans to have different cockpit model ones also like the SU-30 Cockpit or something as a more advanced up to date one just curious I know it takes a lot of time to do mods in AC7
Sweet thanks but I already found a bug when I used the blank skin 1 option to test the emblem I choose didn't show up on the plane at all on any location. Never mind figured it out had the older Paks from the previous pak not from 1.2 lol my fault. Am curious though will there more options as like the Flanker C model or same Flanker B with ie SU-30 Cockpit or something like that
Mod is fantastic, no issues thus far so thanks for posting!
I don't know anything about AC7 modding but does this mean that the aircraft list has finally be circumvented? If so, do you have any plans on porting your other releases to this new system? Regardless again thanks, your contributions to the AC7 community already have been a pleasure to use.
Indeed, it's was a suprise to see this mod begin Addon/Isolated Aircraft Slot compatible, the commissioner indeed really liked the technology demonstration of the ADFX-00 datatable mechanism, but yeah, won't blame it either as yeah, everyone liked that technology also. Congrats at your first addon mod release Kosnag
For now, is the second addon aircraft released so far, but as a fair point, isn't compatible with the ADFX-00, due working on a compatbility patch for supporting both wouldn't be a easy neither a very smooth task at doing it. but in fact, for people that always asked at comments of why your previous mods were model swaps instead of own slots/replacing "useless aircraft/variant museum", people will be enjoying the addon version a lot, but nice that you still included a model swap version still for people that would like the traditional way still
Also yeah, for people that may read the comments and worried about this mod resulting in fatal errors or simply disappearing at your aircraft list, this mod also notified me of the DAT Localization tools update, which the index error got fixed, so all new strings can be migrated to all the localization files now, which won't be resulting in the errors that cursed the ADFX-00 release version, which is a nice thing and also huge props to GreenTrafficLight to giving attention to it (P.S. for readers : yeah, ADFX-00 next version will mantain the localization text intact)
Not sure if you got plans at releasing QoL for your previous mods(probably not), or at your next releases they'll be including an addon version by default, but one thing i already had in mind is that is expected each aircraft with addon version will be standalone still, not having compatibility patches for like, Su-27 and the new mod, Su-27, new mod #1 and new mod #2, etc... which would be a very similar route i had through for my future releases, as they wouldn't be compatible with the previous aircraft i released due developing a compatibility patch would be time consuming in general(text localization mostly). it still enter into that infamous concern of lack of modularization for most, but yeah, there's not much we can do for now, as my brainstormed "modularity" solution i through wouldn't be ideal also by more limiting factors than benefits and aesthetics
Didn't comented directly before, but also your ACI conversions indeed are charming, as like Dan mentioned at one comment that even with few tweaks, ACI models still looks very good in AC7, which isn't a suprise due some ACI/ACAH were used by PA also
Will be testing the mod with more calm later, as currently i'm busy at the moment with IRL, and i have the contrast of using AC7 for developing mods and using AC7 for casual gameplay/downloaded mod playthrough. along the Eritrea camouflage indeed turned out to be one of my favourite custom skins of the mod
>Indeed, it's was a suprise to see this mod begin Addon/Isolated Aircraft Slot compatible, the commissioner indeed really liked the technology demonstration of the ADFX-00 datatable mechanism He even didn't know about your mod xD, I asked him "Do you want make your Su-27 as addon plane, like ADFX-00 mod?"
>Congrats at your first addon mod release Kosnag thanks
>Not sure if you got plans at releasing QoL for your previous mods(probably not) I want to release all my mods as modpack, which will include all my model-swaps aircraft are as addon planes. But I can't say when I will release it, because it need a lot of time, really a lot of time.
Huh, so indeed John was the commissioner of the mod, isn't too uncommon seeing he suggested the idea in 2020 when the J/MTD was the only model mod available at the time, it wasn't at my plans due the topic was about a different model mod project i had plans at starting, but it didn't go further since then, at the time if i accepted, probably i would be doing with basis on kitbashing the AC7 Flanker models plus scratch modeling, due i remember the first considerable progress of the ACI scripts was late-2020 by the movement of a thread i replied on Zenhax about ACAH models with the reverse engineering data i learned with the help of Shatokay, but of course, landing gears and misplaced meshes were still a problem until Green made the newer and better version of the import script in September 2022
About John don't caring about original aircraft/superplanes, i respect it without issues either, due his interest is more towards the real aircraft, from my part, i tend to like the original aircraft but i also like real aircraft without issues, seeing projects before the ADFX-00/ADF-01 Z.O.E. were in parts, one italian aircraft over the F-15J, one brazilian aircraft over the Su-30M2, and the ATD-0 over the F-22A, which would be used as reference to the model modding guide(based on the knowledge i had before the 2022 advancements), but it went on hold seeing the hiatus i had for the whole 2022 to deal with my IRL issues. so i don't have any issues at working on real aircraft aside of skill issue at scratch modeling detailed cockpits, and minimum issues at my workflow related with glitches of the plugins i use(i.e. i can add sockets on skeletal meshes at Blender, but sockets at animated bones doesn't translate well, needing to do in UE4 instead as how i did for the ADFX-00 pylons and afterburners reacting to the thrust vectoring)
Along i know original aircraft isn't a cup of tea for most users, so yeah, i not pointing a gun at everyone to play with the ADFX-00 due they had their own reasons(like simple stuff as finding it redudant by begin a "copy" of the ADF-01 at quick or brief overview), just didn't worked into an addon aircraft based on a real aircraft yet due i didn't had oportunities along needing to give attention to IRL once again, but now the Su-27 fits that spot for people wanting to try the technology demonstration but wanting something more grounded, along is nice to see the modders learning the structure of datatables for addon mods even with the lack of explanation/documentation
About the modpack/bundle idea, indeed it was a idea also suggested at me for my future releases, even before the suggestion at trying to build a "modularization" workflow with what we have related to datatables, probably it'll be the one i'll be adopting even at times begin unsure if it would be considered "intrusive" for people seeking into X aircraft, but not wanting the other Y aircrafts(along concerns of bundles demanding large file sizes). about needing a lot of time, as aside of the ADFX-10 port you got 10 mods in total by a overview(Checkmate, MiG-1.44, Ka-50, Su-25, FA-5E, X-49, EA-6B, F-117 and FA-20), so adapting each one will require some attention at avoiding to do mistakes and releasing without noticing them until later, and adding the datatable rows on UAssetGUi and text localization begin the parts that require some careful attention, so it's indeed understable
>along is nice to see the modders learning the structure of datatables for addon mods even with the lack of explanation/documentation I was knew about that almost from moment, when "secret" about no encryption in PS4 version was revealed to me. Because I was have some experience Project Wingman modding, I decided to learn how ACE7 works. So I was know how to add new aircrafts and skins a lot of time ago, but I didn't used it, because tool for edit localization appeared only in this year. I wasn't sure people will want to fly on "AircraftShort_Name_su75" instead of "Su-75"
Great MOD; thank you for allowing me to experience the classic Fighter aircraft in the works of the past in AC7; I look forward to other better works in the future, such as Assault Horizon's F-16F, which is also very beautiful, but unfortunately AC7 has not recorded it.

Technically, I was aware that the ADFX-00 mod existed, but since I don't really care about superplanes, I never checked it out.
