Two things always bothered me about the F-15E in Ace Combat 7; first, it looked like it was made out of paper (which is a problem pretty much EVERY plane has in Ace Combat 7), and second, it wasn't the right color.
This mod originally started as an effort to fix both of those problems. While I was working on it, I realized that the Garuda F-15E needed some love too, and so I went and made new decals for it based on some Italian Air Force planes I saw online.
I also went a little overboard adding new maintenance decals and fixing existing ones to better match real F-15E's; special thanks go to #91317 stationed at RAF Lakenheath for being my picture reference.
The final result is the culmination of my first serious in-depth MREC 'fix' attempt; to make the planes in Ace Combat 7 look like actual planes instead of, well, paper. I like to think it came out pretty close to what I had in mind!
-- INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS --
1. Go to your ACE COMBAT 7\Game\Content\Paks\~mods folder. If you do not have a ~mods folder, simply create one. 2. Paste the .pak from the download into the ~mods folder. Make sure you don't already have a mod that replaces skin #7! 3. You're done!
