Increase the transform speed of variable wing aircrafts

The aircrafts with variable wings transform speed starts at 800 and ends at 1000. But with mods that changes plane capabilities and customize part performances, an aircraft equipped with acceleration parts and engine parts, especially LV.2 parts, can reach a top speed over 3000, meaning the variable wings keep transformed over a majority of time during playing.
So I change the variable wings transform speed of these aircrafts from 800/1000 to 2900/3000, allowing the aircrafts maintain their normal appearance for a longer time in game.
Available aircrafts:
X-02S: 800/1000 to 2900/3000
ASF-X: 800/1000 to 2950/3000
