Fixed some concerns about dropped bombs.Targets are GPB, UGB, SFFS.

Previous bombs were released with a flying behavior, but have been fixed to fall freely.
GPB can now lock on to anti-aircraft targets as well. You can now shoot down taxiing aircraft and hovering helicopters.
The lock-on possible distance of GPB has been slightly expanded.
Fixed UGB's overly wide range of damage and increased damage to 100.
Reduced the gravity drop speed of the dropped bomb.
