Changelogs
Version 1.0.0
Initial release.
There were several accounts about a mercenary all followed by the codeword 'Firebird.' But most of the information was incomplete.
The earliest iteration of Ace Combat Zero, called Concept:ZERO, used Phoenix of Ace Combat 2 as a provisional protagonist, piloting an F-14 above the Osean continent. This is a what-if design based on that concept, featuring Phoenix as the mercenary stationed at Valais fighting for Ustio. As such, it combines Phoenix's signature scar and firebird emblem with the markings used by Ustio F-14Ds. Options are included to replace all skins, while USN-MRECs will prevent the wrong patterns from appearing under the light.
How to install:
Access the Ace Combat 7 installation folder, most likely part of Steam's folders.
Make a folder marked "~mods" in Game/Content/Paks. If you already have this folder, skip this step.
Copy or cut and paste your choice of .pak into the folder.
Launch Ace Combat 7 - the skin should now be usable, assuming you've unlocked its corresponding slot.
Many thanks to SkylineGTR for the template used - this mod wouldn't be possible without their work - and to SanaeLacus for her photos, used here.
