Small characters receive bonus to Sneaking and Sprinting + Forced "Inconspicuous" positive trait.
Tall characters receive bonus to Strength and Fortitude + Forced "Conspicuous" negative trait.
I also uploaded no cost & no bonus version of this mod.
It's more of a test than a mod, but if someone wants to speedrun game with this, you're more than welcome.
P.S. I didn't test this mod thoroughly, so I can't guarantee that there won't be any bugs or something like that, so don't try to use this mod on your main save or on any server. Use Cheat Commands, if you can't progress through level.
P.P.S. I also didn't test this with other mods installed, so if some mod edits datatables "DT_Traits" or "DT_BuffsDebuffs" it will probably conflict.

Be aware that this mod can stop working after Dark Energy update, either because they implement buffs I used as a workaround, so I will not be able to change them without breaking the game, or because I'm too stupid to update it (or because i don't have the tools needed to create mods other than UAssetGUI).
