The UI moves the food, water, time and day to the bottom left and also adds a height bar and a kill counter to the bottom left.
The Alternative UI gives you an extra stat about your longest time alive and current time alive.

7 Days to Die is an open-world game that is a unique combination of first person shooter, survival horror, tower defense, and role-playing games.
