Escape From Tarkov - Overhaul (2.0 experimental link stickied in comment)

This is a work in progress mod, that adds 100+ new guns, 45+ types of ammo, 200+ new item modifiers and 70+ new items. It changes the vanilla mechanics drastically, extends the endgame and makes everything a bit harder, but not frustrating. Zombie Fall Damage Fix
