Improved damage to the Pipe Shotgun and Pipe Rifle to compensate for their extremely slow reload time and resulting abysmal RoF.

Permissions and credits
As a permadeath player who likes to start with Perception or Strength as the attribute I focus on early game, it's always bothered me how utterly useless the Pipe Shotgun and Pipe Rifle are. Their stupidly slow reload time and low damage made them all but useless as starter weapons. 

To compensate for that, I created this mod that substantially increases their damage. The reasoning for this was I noticed that the Pipe Pistol and Pipe Machine gun could reliably kill at least one of the most basic zombie in the game per reload while the Pipe Rifle and Pipe Shotgun could not. The goal of this mod is to achieve parity with that by dramatically increasing the damage of the latter weapons so that they too could reliably kill one zombie per reload.

Testing using Arlene, Steve and Party Girl on Adventurer (default) difficulty, the Pipe Shotgun killed most low level zombies in a single shot as long as the player is close enough for all pellets to hit, while the Pipe Rifle kills most low level zombies with a successful headshot. To balance out this increase in damage, both weapons degrade rapidly requiring frequent repairs (though I've also uploaded a version without the increased degradation).


Side note: this is my first mod and I learned Xpath specifically to make it. The code works, but is probably pretty ugly. I did try to document what each section of code does in comments to make it easier to alter if you want.
