A nice house I made and wanted to share with you. It's a simple POI. it's not destroyed or decaying. It has 4 levels. Enjoy it!

This is a prefab I made a while ago and forgot to release it to public.
It's just a nice large house, 4 levels and many details, besides that, it's just a house. It was made to look untouched, feel free to use it anywhere or anyway you want.
If you want this house to appear in your map while using Nitrogen to generate a world, just add this line to you prefablist or favourite list: HNHouse,RESIDENTIALOLD,2,-5,49,23,55,houses (also feel free to change this as you want)
Also if you just want it to show up using vanilla random gen, just go to your 7d2d folder, open Data/Config/rwgmixer.xml and place this code line:
<prefab name="HNHOUSE" prob="0.50" /> somewhere around line 222, 223
