power tools now have a tank size of 10k gas (double with large tank mod)
3 times the rounds per minute (900 as opposed to the default 300)
the recoil/kick is decreased to increase ease of use
max degradation is 10x more than default
some people have reported issues installing my mods, on windows 10 right click the zip folder and click "extract here" you should in turn get 1 folder with the mod ready to move to your mods folder unless you download the one with all 5 mods in turn you open the extracted folder and move the 5 subfolders to your mods folder

update (2020, november, 11): if this mod still works for A19+ this message is unnessecary, if it doesnt work, keep reading. i most likley wont be updating this mod anymore due to a change in my gameplay style and me and my friends feeling its a bit too OP, if anyone wants to update and upload a new version, go ahead, you have my permission
