V3 custom drone fix command
settings.xml to control custom dronefix command name, set to true, and then choose your command name, can change anytime you want, no sever reboot needed,
i.e., use once to help a player unstuck their drone, change the command name again int he settings file, and no one can use the dronefix command until you tell them what the new name is.
