Shorten the number of zombies to kill in tier 4 and 5 quests where all of them need to be killed by default.

Since completing a Tier 4 or 5 mission can be annoying if you have to kill them all but cannot find them and just want to leave, this mod will change the next vanilla quests:
- Tier IV Fetch and Clear
Kill only 25 zombies instead of clearing all
- Tier IV Clear
Kill only 25 zombies instead of clearing all
- Tier V Fetch and Clear
Kill only 50 zombies instead of clearing all
- Tier V Clear
