   Is this supposed to increase the damage as well as shown in the picture? At the moment it's only increasing the block damage for me. I'm not using any other mods that would be overriding the damage

      yes it does but it is the same dmg increase as in vanilla so that is why you ain't noticing it
      
      i didn't wanted to increase the entity dmg because there are already plenty of perks who do so
      and adding this would make it to much in my opinion
      
      so it is only the block dmg that got a big upgrade from 150% @ 5/5 in vanilla to 350% @ 5/5 with my mod

      yup works with alpha 19 hence the version number being 19.x
