uploaded the proper blocks.xml file so that it would work. version 0.01 was missing my updated version from my personal testing.

added pickup property to each of the lights that are not player crafted lights and made a Drs variant of each light that it converts to on pickup which can be place and powered and turned on and off.

All the lights outside the base can now be picked up using 'E'. They become player lights that don't have the pickup option and require power in order to work.
Note that not all the wires line up when attaching them to the lights.
