Changes every zombie top cop, ferals to feral cops and rads to rad cops

If you watch recent Glock's playthrough, he plays with cop only mod. I wanted to try, but haven't found the mod, so i made one.
Screamers zombies also replaced with cops, but with special visual effect to distinct them from other zombies.
For multiplayer can be installed only on server.
