Just wondering as your mod sets the zoom value to a fixed value as well...
okay its simple. i bring it on the point. i disabled "crosshair while aiming" in items AND "item_modifiers" some scopes, even laser, causes sometimes bugs, if you switch the weapons. now with this i dont have the "problems/bugs" its an improvised way.. so to say
and i changed the "zoom value" because am playing with an higher FOV, and i dont like the normal "fov while aiming"... just as small extra.. for people playing with an higher fov too.
Am working on a rewrite. but first i have to do some stuff on my other mods! ;)
Is there any possibility of getting a version of your mod with all crosshairs removed even when not aimed in? Me and a group of friends are trying to set up a "more realistic" server. Thanks in advance even if you cant do it.
New Release is there! now is the Crosshair and Crouser completly gone! for a server you will need to compile it first, on the PC. then the compiled folder on the server.
ah! I just found out what you did, that was clever. I'm guessing the crosshair was hardcoded but movable? Anyway, it was a clever fix and does the job thanks again. oh and thanks for being responsive and nice. Yours is the first mod I have endorsed because usually, most modders on nexus seem to think that any ideas or suggestions are the same as criticism.
i just try to increase my knowlege with modding and shareing my knwolege! i idea's are great things and i am here to realize the suggestions but without the modding discord server and my -minded people like Modder was this not possible!
Can you create a version that also removes the cross hair for the bows AND crossbow as well?The compound bow and crossbow already have a built in aiming sight. Even though the normal bows don't have an aim assist, I would prefer to guesstimate where the arrow will hit, and get better with practice, rather than see the immersion breaking cross hair.
i hope this version is enouth, if not i need to release a extra one just for bows and crossbows if you dont like that the crosshair completly gone is write me!
the version from Oct 13 worked but I think they updated I game so I checked this mod again and got the update but my save will never load and theres red text on a command window when loading, when I delete config and re-validate the game it works again but I want this mod.
Hello, Pls re-download the old file with the RSASS, sound's like your "downloaded Folder is broken" because i have downloaded it YET and tested. and its works. i think that will resolved the problem ;)
or you download the new one.. its better but without the RSASS replaced. i am working on a modlet version! with the RSASS
